As a new business (or with any business really), we get a lot of questions. Some of these questions are frequently repeated among first time customers or people interested in learning more about us. 

So here are some of the frequently asked questions that we've received...

1. Is this company real?

This may sound crazy, but this is a question we've gotten many times. The answer is yes, Jamija is a real company. We're an e-commerce business offering a wide range of products in an online marketplace. We're based in Kingston, Jamaica, but we ship all across the island.

2. Is this dropshipping?

It's 100% NOT dropshipping. All the items we sell are available at our warehouse in Jamaica. They are all on the island. No long wait. No customs fees. They're right here. 

3. What do you sell?

We sell a WIDE variety of items. Tools, clothing, baby items, igloos, speakers, sheets, mattresses, body wash, earphones, tablets, cookware sets, curling irons, Apple AirTags, televisions, microwaves, hair products, feminine products, dining room furniture, shoes, shelves, makeup, toys, personal protective equipment... Need I say more?

4. How long will it take to get my items?

Shipping is 1-3 business days for all parishes. In most cases, items will go out the same day, once the order is placed before midday. We also ship to other Caribbean islands and USA. 

5. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept various secure payment methods for your convenience. We accept Apple Pay, PayPal and all major debit and credit cards (online and in-store). We also accept cash on delivery.
